why is fiber length important?
fiber cut length helps to determine the performance and method for filling products

shorter fibers tend to be more costly and perform better typically but there is an exception to every rule and a "continuous filament" fiber is that exception here (shown in the video below)

shorter fibers (under 2") can be blown into a product similar to natural fills while longer fibers are garneted into a batt and then put in a product

blown fibers can be clustered into small balls of fiber as well to simulate the feel of down more closely
